Delete your account

You can delete your StarDM account at any time. It's permanent and can't be undone.

In the app

Open StarDM and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

On the web

No access to the app? Sign in below with the phone number on your account, then confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, photo and phone number.
Your chats with every AI avatar, including photos and voice notes you sent, and the avatar's memory of you.
Your notification and device settings.
Your subscriptions stop renewing. Unsubscribing doesn't refund the week you've already paid for; see Refunds and cancellation.

What we keep, and why

Payment and tax records (amounts, dates, invoices), for as long as the law requires.
A one-way hashed identifier of your phone number and device, so the free trial can't be claimed again.
Records of safety reports, where needed to prevent abuse or to meet legal duties.
