StarDM Terms of Use (for fans)

Last updated: [DATE OF PUBLICATION]

These terms are an agreement between you and Krishan Singhal, a sole proprietor trading as "StarDM" (we, us), registered address SCO 113, New Grain Market, Shahbad, Haryana 136135. They cover the StarDM app and trystardm.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What StarDM is, and what is AI

StarDM lets you chat with AI avatars of real creators, made with them.

2. Who can use StarDM

3. Plans and prices

Subscriptions are per creator, weekly and renew automatically until you unsubscribe.

Plan Price (per creator, per week) Includes
Basic ₹299 Unlimited text messages; you can send photos and voice notes; the avatar replies with text and AI voice notes
Pro ₹499 Everything in Basic, plus audio calls with the AI avatar

4. Free trial

5. Paying and renewals

5.1 How you can pay

5.2 Razorpay: one mandate for all your subscriptions

5.3 Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we retry for up to 3 days. Your access continues during those 3 days. If all retries fail, the subscription ends and the chat locks until you subscribe again.

5.4 Google Play

If you chose Google Play, Google charges you and Google's terms apply to the payment. Renewals, failures and cancellation follow Google Play's subscription rules; the plan rules in these terms still apply to what you get. Some refunds on that path are handled by Google.

6. Upgrading, downgrading and unsubscribing

Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Fair use

StarDM is for personal, human conversation. To keep it fair and working for everyone:

Fair-use measures don't entitle you to a refund unless the law requires one.

8. Your content and behaviour

9. Safety, moderation and reporting

10. Creators leaving or pausing

11. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at trystardm.com/delete-account. This deletes your profile, chats, voice notes and avatar memory and stops future renewals. We keep only what the Privacy Policy says we must keep (trial-lock hashes and payment and tax records). Deleting your account doesn't by itself give a refund for the current week (see the Refund Policy).

12. Availability and changes

13. Disclaimers and liability

14. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses, to the extent the law allows.

15. Law, disputes and grievances

16. Contact
